Itinerary Details

Your Ranthambore wildlife holiday begins with a pickup from Sawai Madhopur Railway Station. Our representative will meet you at the railway station and assist you with your transfer to your hotel/resort in Ranthambore. On arrival, complete your hotel check-in and settle comfortably into your room. Take some time to freshen up and relax after your journey.

The rest of the day is kept free for you to enjoy at your own pace. If you wish, you can explore the nearby local surroundings of Ranthambore during your leisure time and experience the destination your way. Alternatively, you can simply relax at the hotel, enjoy the peaceful resort environment or make use of the available recreational activities and facilities. Spend a relaxed evening at the property and prepare for your exciting wildlife experience the following morning.

Enjoy dinner at the hotel and settle in for a comfortable overnight stay.

Start your day early with an exciting Ranthambore Canter Safari. Proceed for your scheduled safari and enter the wilderness of Ranthambore National Park, one of Rajasthan's well-known wildlife destinations. Enjoy the natural surroundings of the park, including its dry-deciduous forests, lakes, rocky landscapes and diverse wildlife habitat.

Ranthambore is particularly known for its Bengal tigers, along with a variety of other wildlife and bird species. Keep your camera ready and enjoy the experience of exploring the forest in its natural setting. After completing your morning Canter Safari, return to the hotel and enjoy a fresh breakfast.

The rest of the morning is kept free for you to relax after the early safari. You can take some rest in your room, enjoy the peaceful surroundings or spend time using the available hotel facilities and activities. Later in the afternoon, get ready for your second wildlife experience of the trip — the Chambal Safari. Proceed for the Chambal Safari according to the confirmed operating schedule. Enjoy the scenic riverine surroundings, natural landscapes and the diverse wildlife and birdlife associated with the Chambal ecosystem. After completing the safari, return to your hotel and spend the evening at leisure.

After breakfast, complete your check-out as per the hotel's standard check-out timing. Once you are ready, proceed for your transfer to Sawai Madhopur Railway Station for your onward journey. Special Note:

1. Pickup & Drop

  • Pickup and drop will be provided to/from Sawai Madhopur Railway Station, as mentioned in the package.
  • To ensure smooth and timely transfers, guests are requested to share their train name, train number, arrival time and departure details with the tour team in advance.

2. Safari Schedule

  • The Day 2 itinerary is planned as follows:
  • Morning Ranthambore Jeep Safari ? Return to Hotel ? Breakfast ? Rest/Leisure ? Afternoon Chambal Safari ? Return to Hotel
  • The actual timings may vary depending on the confirmed safari slots, availability, operating schedule and local conditions.

3. Ranthambore Safari Timing

  • The Ranthambore Jeep Safari slot and reporting time are allotted through the Forest Department's official booking system.
  • The officially allotted safari slot and reporting time will be considered final and must be followed by the guests.

4. Chambal Safari Timing

  • The Chambal Safari will be scheduled according to the afternoon operating schedule and confirmed availability.
  • The final reporting time, boarding point and other safari instructions will be shared with the guest once the booking is confirmed.

5. Safari Booking & Confirmation

  • Both the Ranthambore Jeep Safari and Chambal Safari are subject to availability and confirmation by the concerned authorities/operators.
  • The sales team must verify safari availability before confirming the complete package with the guest.
  • Safari slots, vehicle allocation and other safari arrangements are subject to the applicable rules and operating conditions.

6. Wildlife Sightings

  • Ranthambore is renowned for its Bengal tigers and rich wildlife, while the Chambal region is known for its unique river ecosystem and diverse wildlife.
  • However, no specific animal or wildlife sighting can be guaranteed, as wildlife movement is natural and unpredictable.

7. Ranthambore Safari Zone

  • The Ranthambore safari zone is allotted through the applicable Forest Department booking system and is subject to availability.
  • Guests should note that a specific safari zone, route or guaranteed tiger sighting cannot be promised unless it has been officially allotted or confirmed.

8. Safari Reporting & Punctuality

  • Guests must reach the designated safari reporting/boarding point within the confirmed reporting time.
  • Guests arriving late may not be allowed to participate in the safari, depending on the applicable Forest Department or operator rules.
  • Any consequences arising due to late arrival will be the responsibility of the guest.

9. Safari Cancellation & Modification Policy

  • Once the safari permit has been issued/confirmed, the safari amount will be strictly non-refundable in case of cancellation by the guest.
  • After the permit has been issued, requests for changes to the safari zone, safari timing, vehicle type, vehicle upgradation or other safari details cannot be guaranteed and may not be permitted.
  • Any modification, if permitted by the concerned authority, will be subject to applicable rules, availability and additional charges.

10. Important Safari Note

  • Safari permits, safari zones, reporting timings and vehicle allocation are managed by the concerned authorities/operators and may be subject to operational or regulatory changes.
  • The tour operator does not have control over the final allocation of safari zones, timings or vehicles.
  • Guests are requested to follow the confirmed safari details, reporting instructions and guidelines shared by the tour team.
