Itinerary Details

Your Ranthambore trip begins with your arrival at Jaipur International Airport. Our representative/driver will meet you at the airport and assist you with your transfer to the selected hotel/resort in Ranthambore. After reaching the property, complete the hotel check-in formalities and settle comfortably into your room. Take some time to freshen up and relax after your journey. The rest of the day is kept free for leisure, allowing you to enjoy the resort at your own pace.

Depending on the facilities offered by your selected hotel, you can spend your afternoon relaxing by the swimming pool, enjoying indoor or outdoor activities, or simply taking in the peaceful surroundings. Later in the evening, spend some quality time with your loved ones and enjoy the comfortable resort atmosphere.

As you explore the national park, enjoy the natural beauty of Ranthambore's forests, lakes, valleys and rocky landscapes. The park is particularly famous for its Bengal tigers, along with wildlife such as sambar, chital, nilgai, leopard, sloth bear and a variety of bird species. After completing your safari, return to the hotel and enjoy a fresh breakfast.

Complete your check-out formalities as per the hotel's standard check-out time. After check-out, your vehicle will transfer you from Ranthambore to Jaipur International Airport for your onward flight.

  • Entry fees or charges for sightseeing places and activities not included in the itinerary.
  • Camera/video charges, wherever applicable.
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, shopping, tips and other incidental expenses.
  • Any additional jungle safari apart from the safari included in the package.
  • Additional sightseeing, private excursions or vehicle usage not specifically mentioned in the package.
  • Any increase in safari fees, park charges, government taxes or mandatory charges applicable after booking.

Special Note:
1. Jaipur Airport Pickup & Drop
The package includes pickup from and drop to Jaipur International Airport. Guests should share their flight number, arrival time, departure time and complete flight details at the time of booking so that the transfer can be scheduled properly.

2. Flight Timing & Transfer Planning
Jaipur to Ranthambore is a road journey, so guests should keep sufficient time between their flight schedule, hotel check-in and safari timings. Any changes, delays or cancellations in the guest's flight schedule should be communicated to the travel team as soon as possible.

3. Safari Slot & Timing
Ranthambore National Park operates safari tours in designated morning and afternoon/evening slots. Safari timings can vary according to the season, daylight hours and Forest Department's operating schedule. The officially allotted safari slot and reporting time will be considered final.

4. Safari Confirmation
Safari availability is subject to the Forest Department's booking system and available permits. For operational accuracy, the sales team should verify safari availability before confirming the complete package with the guest.

5. Tiger Sighting
Ranthambore is well known for its Bengal tigers; however, tiger sightings or sightings of any particular animal cannot be guaranteed. Wildlife sightings are natural and depend on animal movement, weather, habitat conditions and other factors.

6. Safari Zone
The safari zone will be allotted according to the applicable Forest Department booking system. A specific zone, route or guaranteed tiger sighting should never be promised to the guest unless officially confirmed.

7. Safari Reporting
Guests should reach the designated safari reporting/boarding point within the confirmed reporting time. Late arrival may affect safari participation according to applicable safari rules.

8. Safari Cancellation & Modification Policy
Once the safari permit has been issued/confirmed, it is strictly non-refundable in case of cancellation by the guest. After the permit has been issued, no changes to the safari zone, safari timing, vehicle type, vehicle upgradation, or other safari details will be permitted or guaranteed. Any modification, if permitted by the Forest Department, will be subject to their applicable rules, availability and additional charges.
