Your Ranthambore holiday begins with a convenient pickup from Sawai Madhopur Railway Station and transfer to your selected hotel/resort in Ranthambore. After completing your check-in, freshen up, settle into your room and relax after your journey.

The rest of the day gives you plenty of time to enjoy your hotel and spend quality time with your family or travel companions. Depending on the facilities available at your selected hotel, you can enjoy the swimming pool, indoor and outdoor activities, or simply unwind in the peaceful surroundings. In the evening, enjoy dinner at the hotel followed by a comfortable overnight stay.

The next morning brings the main highlight of your Ranthambore trip — a morning jungle safari in Ranthambore National Park. After the safari, return to the hotel, enjoy breakfast and complete your check-out before being transferred back to Sawai Madhopur Railway Station for your onward journey.

Ranthambore National Park is located approximately 14 km from Sawai Madhopur and covers around 392 sq. km. The destination is widely known for its Bengal tigers, diverse wildlife, lakes and dry-deciduous forest landscape.

Itinerary Details

Your Ranthambore holiday begins with your arrival at Sawai Madhopur Railway Station, where you will be met by our representative/driver and transferred to your selected hotel/resort in Ranthambore. After reaching the hotel, complete the check-in formalities, settle into your room and take some time to freshen up and relax after your journey.

You can then enjoy comfortable leisure time at the hotel with your family or travel companions. Depending on the facilities available at your selected property, spend your afternoon enjoying the swimming pool, indoor and outdoor activities, or simply relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the resort.

The evening is perfect for spending quality time with your loved ones and enjoying the atmosphere of your hotel. Later, enjoy dinner at the hotel and relax in your room for a comfortable overnight stay.

Start your morning early for the most exciting part of your Ranthambore Tour Package — the morning jungle safari. Proceed for your safari according to the reporting time and safari slot allotted by the Forest Department. Explore the natural surroundings of Ranthambore National Park and experience its diverse wildlife and forest landscape.

Ranthambore is particularly famous for its Bengal tigers, while the park is also home to animals such as sambar, chital, nilgai, leopard, sloth bear and several species of birds. After completing your jungle safari, return to the hotel and enjoy a fresh breakfast.

Once breakfast is finished, complete your hotel check-out formalities. You will then be transferred from the hotel/resort to Sawai Madhopur Railway Station for your onward journey. Take back wonderful memories of your Ranthambore wildlife experience.

  • 1 Morning Jungle Safari in Ranthambore National Park, as per the safari slot allotted by the Forest Department.
  • Swimming pool access and available hotel indoor/outdoor recreational facilities, subject to the selected property's operating hours and rules.
  • Any transportation other than the Sawai Madhopur Railway Station pickup and drop specifically mentioned in the package.
  • Lunch, beverages, snacks and meals other than those specifically mentioned under inclusions.
  • Entry tickets or charges for any sightseeing/activity not specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Camera/video charges, wherever applicable.
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, shopping, tips and other incidental expenses.
  • Any additional safari apart from the one mentioned in the package.
  • Private sightseeing or additional vehicle services not specifically mentioned in the package.
  • Any increase in safari fees, park charges, government taxes or other mandatory charges introduced after booking.
  • Travel insurance.
Special Note:
1. Pickup & Drop
Pickup and drop will be provided only from/to Sawai Madhopur Railway Station, as mentioned in the package.
Guests are requested to share their train name, train number, arrival time and departure time in advance so that the transfer can be coordinated smoothly.

2. Transfer Timing
The pickup and drop will be planned according to the guest's confirmed train schedule. Any changes in train timing, delays or cancellations should be informed to the travel team as early as possible.

3. Safari Timing
Ranthambore jungle safari operates in morning and afternoon/evening slots, with timings changing according to the season. The exact reporting time and safari slot allotted by the Forest Department will be considered final.

4. Safari Booking
Safari availability is subject to the Forest Department's booking system and available slots. Safari confirmation should be checked before confirming the complete package with the guest.

5. Tiger Sighting
Ranthambore is famous for its Bengal tigers, but tiger or any specific wildlife sighting cannot be guaranteed. Wildlife sightings depend on natural conditions and animal movement.

6. Safari Zone
The safari zone is allotted according to the applicable Forest Department system. A particular zone or tiger sighting location should not be promised to the guest unless officially confirmed.

7. Safari Reporting
Guests should reach the designated safari reporting/boarding point within the reporting time mentioned in their confirmed safari details. Late arrival may affect the safari experience as per applicable safari rules.

8. Safari Cancellation & Modification Policy
Once the safari permit has been issued/confirmed, it is strictly non-refundable in case of cancellation by the guest. After the permit has been issued, no changes to the safari zone, safari timing, vehicle type, vehicle upgradation, or other safari details will be permitted or guaranteed. Any modification, if permitted by the Forest Department, will be subject to their applicable rules, availability and additional charges.
