How does the Goa Package work if I Book my own Flight?
Many of our guests already have a preferred airline or flexible dates, so they prefer to book their own Delhi–Goa flight and just have the Goa side sorted. Here is how it works.
You book your Delhi to Goa flight on whichever airline and dates suit you.
Share your travel details with us, including your arrival and departure times, whether by flight or train.
We arrange your pickup from the airport or railway station and take you straight to your hotel.
We handle your stay and sightseeing for the length of your trip.
We drop you back at the airport or railway station in time for your return journey.
Prefer us to book your flights too?
If you would rather not spend time comparing airlines and fare calendars, just give us your travel dates. We will check the current Delhi–Goa fare and add it to your package. The flight is quoted at whatever fare is live when we check, we book it only after you approve the price, and booking early still gets you a better fare, the same as if you booked it yourself. We are just doing that legwork for you and putting it in one quote.
Goa tour package cost from Delhi: what changes the price
Season
Goa has a clear high season from November to February, when the weather is at its best and prices, both for hotels and flights, are at their highest. Late September, October and March are shoulder months with good weather and noticeably lower rates. April to September is the off-season, with the lowest prices but also the monsoon, when the sea can be rough for water sports.
Hotel category
A budget hotel near the market, a mid-range resort by the beach, or a luxury property are three very different price ranges, and the hotel is usually what moves your total cost the most. North Goa generally has more of the nightlife-heavy stays, while South Goa is quieter and tends to be a bit more upscale.
Whether flights are included
As we mentioned above, our standard price does not include flights because fares change so much. If you ask us to add them, your total will move up or down with the fare on your travel dates.
Group size and room sharing
Per-person cost falls when more people share a room and a cab. Couples usually take a double room, and groups of four or more bring the per-head cost down further.
Add-ons
Water sports, a sunset cruise, a day trip to Dudhsagar Falls or spice plantations, and casino entry are all optional extras, priced on request.
Best time to visit Goa from Delhi
November to February: peak season
This is Goa at its best: clear skies, calm sea and a lively beach scene, especially around Christmas and New Year. It is also the most expensive and most crowded window, so book your hotel and flights (if you want them included) well in advance.
March and October: shoulder season
Good weather, thinner crowds and better rates than peak season. A smart pick if you want pleasant Goa without the New Year rush.
April to September: monsoon and off-season
Hotel rates drop a fair bit and the whole place turns green after the rain, but the sea can get rough, so water sports mostly stop and some beach shacks shut down. This works well if you want a cheap, quiet trip and do not mind skipping the beach activities.
How many days do you need for Goa tour from Delhi?
Four to five days is the comfortable range. Three days works for a quick beach break covering just North or South Goa. Five days lets you cover both regions at a relaxed pace, with time for a cruise, a spice plantation visit or a day trip to Dudhsagar Falls without feeling rushed.
A sample Goa itinerary: 4 nights, 5 days
Here is what a typical trip looks like once you land, day by day. This is the plan most of our guests follow, and we can shift the order around if your flight lands later in the day.
Day 1: Arrival and North Goa beaches
Land in Goa, get picked up at the airport and check in. Spend the evening at Baga or Calangute beach, and if you enjoy nightlife, the beach shacks and markets nearby.
Day 2: North Goa sightseeing
Visit Fort Aguada, a 17th-century Portuguese fort built to guard against Dutch and Maratha raids, plus Chapora Fort and the quieter beaches at Vagator and Anjuna, all by shared coach. If Anjuna's flea market is on, it is worth stopping for an hour.
Day 3: South Goa
Head south to Colva and Palolem beaches, both quieter than the North Goa strip, and see the old Portuguese churches of Old Goa, including the Basilica of Bom Jesus, a UNESCO World Heritage Site built in the 1600s. This is also covered by the shared coach in your package.
Day 4: Free day or an add-on excursion
Use this day for water sports, a sunset river cruise, or a day trip to Dudhsagar Falls and a spice plantation, all bookable as add-ons.
Day 5: Departure
Check out, and we drop you at the airport in time for your flight home.
