- Jeep Safari permits are issued by the Forest Department of Uttarakhand and are subject to availability.
- Safari Zone allocation (including Sitabani Zone or any other available zone) is allotted by the Forest Department based on permit availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
- Safari time slots (Morning/Evening) are fixed by the Forest Department and may vary depending on the season and government regulations.
- Guests are requested to report at the designated safari boarding point 30–45 minutes before the scheduled safari time.
- Carry a valid original Government Photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID) during the safari, as it is mandatory for permit verification.
- Safari bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable once the permit is issued.
- Wildlife sightings, including the Royal Bengal Tiger, cannot be guaranteed as they depend entirely on nature and animal movement.
- Entry to the national park is subject to weather conditions, forest department guidelines, and government permissions.
- Follow all Forest Department rules and the instructions of the safari guide and driver throughout the safari.
- The itinerary may be modified due to weather conditions, road closures, government advisories, or operational reasons without prior notice.
- Any additional expenses arising due to natural calamities, roadblocks, permit changes, or unforeseen circumstances shall be borne by the guest.
