Special Note:
  • Children below 12 years of age will be considered as children for the entire tour.
  • Triple occupancy rooms may include a rollaway bed, and the room size may be similar to a standard double room.
  • All transfers and sightseeing will be provided by air-conditioned coach, with entrance fees included wherever specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Guests are advised to carry one check-in bag and one hand bag per person due to limited luggage space in the coach.
  • Tour operations, routing and sightseeing are subject to government regulations, operational requirements and local conditions. The itinerary may operate in reverse order on certain departure dates without affecting the included sightseeing, unless an attraction is closed.
  • If any sightseeing or excursion is temporarily closed, an alternate sightseeing option may be arranged. Land surcharges or increases in local taxes, entry fees and service costs may apply as notified.
  • In case of significant delays or restrictions due to coach driving regulations, a packed dinner may be provided instead of the scheduled dinner.
  • No refund will be provided for unused or unutilized services. Additional expenses arising from delays, schedule changes, weather, strikes, force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances will be borne by the traveller.
  • The services of the Tour Manager/local representatives are provided as per the itinerary. In certain situations, travellers may be required to join another group or receive assistance from a local representative/coach driver.
  • Tour costs are payable in EURO under the passenger’s BTQ entitlement and are subject to applicable Government of India/RBI regulations. Travellers should confirm final operational details, taxes and applicable conditions with their travel representative before departure.
