Itinerary Details
You will be met by our representative at Srinagar Airport. He will assist you and transfer you to the hotel. After check-in, proceed for a sightseeing tour of the world-famous Mughal Gardens, including Shalimar Garden, Nishat Garden, Botanical Garden, and Tulip Garden. Then, take a union cab to visit Cheshmashahi, Pari Mahal, Shankaracharya Temple, and the famous Hazratbal Shrine. All the gardens are located on the banks of Dal Lake, with the Zabarwan Hills providing a stunning backdrop. After exploring the beauty of Srinagar, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers), situated at 2,730 meters above sea level. Gulmarg is famous for having one of the best ski slopes in the world and the highest golf course with 18 holes. If the weather is clear, you may catch a glimpse of Nanga Parbat, the “Naked Mountain”, which rises over 26,000 feet and dominates the entire region. You can also enjoy a cable car ride (Gondola) up to Khilangmarg (at your own expense) for stunning mountain views. After a day of adventure and sightseeing, relax with an overnight stay at a hotel in Gulmarg.
After breakfast, proceed to Pahalgam (The Valley of Shepherds). En route, visit Pampore and explore the Awantipura Ruins, a 1,100-year-old temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu, built by King Awantivarman. Enjoy the beautiful countryside as you drive through dense pine forests, soaking in the stunning natural views. Upon arrival in Pahalgam, check in to your hotel and unwind. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Later, enjoy a walk along pony trails with a magnificent view of the mountains. You can visit Baisaran Valley, also known as "Mini Switzerland", for its picturesque landscapes and lush green meadows. For a more immersive experience, you can explore Pahalgam’s local attractions, including Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari, at your own expense. After a day filled with scenic beauty and adventure, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, transfer to Srinagar and enjoy a 1-hour Shikara ride on Dal Lake, complimentary from us. After the ride, check in at the hotel. Enjoy a delicious dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel in Srinagar.
The name "Doodhpathri" means Valley of Milk. It is said that the famous saint of Kashmir, Sheikh ul Aalam Sheikh Noor-ud-din Noorani, once prayed in this meadow. While searching for water to perform his prayers, he struck the ground with his stick, and milk flowed out. The saint then declared that the milk should only be used for drinking and not for ablution. Upon his words, the milk immediately turned into water, and from that day, the meadow was named Doodhpathri. After enjoying the beauty and serenity of this magical valley, return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Today, proceed to Sonmarg (Golden Meadow), nestled in the Sind Valley, surrounded by blooming flowers and majestic mountains. Sonmarg is also the starting point for treks to high-altitude Himalayan lakes, making it a paradise for nature lovers and adventure seekers. You can enjoy horse riding to Thajiwas Glacier or visit Fish Point. For a thrilling experience, try sledge riding on snow (both activities are available on direct payment). After a day of exploring this beautiful valley, return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
After breakfast, transfer to Srinagar Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey, leaving with wonderful memories of your Kashmir trip.
