So, what places are covered in this Europe group tour package? The journey begins in Paris with the Eiffel Tower 2nd Level, River Seine Cruise and guided Versailles Palace visit. It then continues through Brussels, Amsterdam and Germany, including Grand Place, Manneken Pis, Amsterdam Canal Cruise, Keukenhof Gardens or Madurodam depending on the travel date, Heidelberg, the Black Forest and Rhine Falls.

Hello! Today, we begin our adventure to Paris, a renowned city known for its exceptional fashion, renowned museums, breathtaking landmarks, and captivating cabaret scenes. Upon reaching your destination, our Tour Manager will extend a warm welcome, assist you with hotel check-in, and be available to support you throughout your stay.

Today, start our day with a visit to the second level of the iconic Eiffel Tower, where you can indulge in a breathtaking panoramic view of the city. With its unmistakable tapering cast iron pinnacle, the Eiffel Tower symbolizes not just Paris but the entire nation of France. Next, we embark on a romantic cruise along the Seine River, providing one of the most picturesque vistas in the world. As we glide beneath charming bridges, you'll be treated to views of exquisite monuments including Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the Orsay Museum, and many others. This relaxed cruise allows you to appreciate the beauty of Paris from an extraordinary vantage point, right in the heart of the vibrant city.

Later, our tour continues with a visit to the Palace of Versailles, an internationally acclaimed masterpiece located in Versailles, approximately 12 miles (19 km) west of Paris, France. This magnificent palace is the property of the French Republic and has been under the stewardship of the Public Establishment of the Palace, Museum, and National Estate of Versailles, overseen by the French Ministry of Culture since 1995 followed by a brief orientation tour of Paris, offering you the chance to admire some of its most renowned landmarks. Our schedule includes stops at iconic sites such as Place Vendôme, Place de l’Opéra Garnier, Musée d’Orsay, Place de la Concorde, Champs Elysées (famously known as one of the world's most fashionable avenues), Arc de Triomphe, Alexander Bridge, Les Invalides, and many other notable locations.

Today, our journey takes us to Brussels, known as the headquarters of the European Union and the capital of Belgium. Upon arriving in Brussels, our first stop is at the Grand Place, which is widely regarded as one of Europe's most beautiful squares. Here, you'll encounter the medieval Town Hall and the renowned Manneken Pis statue. We continue our drive to Netherlands. Check in to your hotel and relax.

Post check out, we proceed to the city of Lisse to tour the legendary Keukenhof Gardens (till the 10th May). Be astounded by the vast numbers of tulips, daffodils and hyacinths, that create dazzling ranges of colour. From 11th May we visit Madurodam a miniature park to see a range of perfect 1:25 scale model replicas of famous Dutch landmarks, historical cities and large developments. Feel like a giant amidst models of palaces, canals, windmills, harbours, airport and other Holland attractions. Continue your picturesque journey towards your hotel in the Frankfurt area and complete the check-in process.

After checking out, relax in your coach as we drive Heidelberg Altstadt (Old Town) which spreads around the Market Square and stretches along the Neckar River. Sat just below Heidelberg Schloss (castle) it hosts old and modern houses in a maze of narrow, cobblestoned streets. During our time in the Alstadt, also see the Church of the Holy Spirit is a landmark of Heidelberg and is as fascinating as a medieval cathedral. Next we proceed to the heart of the Black Forest, renowned for its dense evergreen forests and charming villages. You'll be captivated by the scenic beauty of these quaint villages nestled in the heart of the Black Forest. Additionally, you'll have the unique opportunity to witness a demonstration of how traditional cuckoo clocks are crafted, a true Black Forest specialty.

Later relax and take in the picturesque journey en route to Switzerland. Explore the Rhine Falls offers a thrilling view of the powerful cascading waters where you can behold the breathtaking Rhine Falls, the largest and most stunning waterfall in Europe. The cascading waters of the Rhine River create a mesmerizing spectacle, drawing visitors to its scenic surroundings.  Next,  continue our drive to your hotel.

Today you have the day free to explore Switzerland on your own OR Opt for a memorable magical alpine excursion to Jungfraujoch – The Top of Europe, a high–point of your tour. First we proceed to Grindelwald Terminal. The new 3S-Bahn Eiger Express takes you from the Grindelwald Terminal to the Eigergletscher station in just 15 minutes. There you board a cogwheel train to reach the highest railway station in Europe at 11,333 feet – a world of eternal ice and snow. Visit the Ice Palace where artistes create their work of art in ice. Visit the Sphinx observatory deck to experience a breath-taking panoramic view of the longest glacier in the Alps - Aletsch Glacier. Later in the day, your adventure continues with an orientation tour of Lucerne, widely regarded as one of Switzerland's most enchanting cities. Your tour will encompass visits to the iconic Lion Monument and the historic Kapell Brucke.

Today holds the promise of an extraordinary adventure as you immerse yourself in the breathtaking landscapes of Switzerland. Check out from the hotel as we proceed to the summit of Mt. Titlis, a once-in-a-lifetime experience that involves ascending to an impressive altitude of 3,020 meters through a series of cable cars, including the Rotair, the world's first revolving cable car. From this lofty vantage point, you'll be treated to an awe-inspiring, unobstructed 360-degree view of the glistening, snow-covered peak, deep crevasses, and pristine white snowfields adorned with massive ice boulders, visible from every angle. Don't forget to explore the "Cliff Walk," Europe's highest suspension bridge, which clings to the cliffs of Mt. Titlis and provides an exhilarating perspective.

Later we drive to, Innsbruck where you will visit the Swarovski Crystal Shop and have a chance to purchase the crystalline works of art followed by an orientation tour of the beautiful city. See the Golden Roof with its fire gilded copper tiles, a characteristic landmark of Innsbruck, walk down cobblestone pathways of Maria Theresien Strasse. You can sit at one of the many outdoor cafes, admire the magnificent baroque architecture and relive medieval European culture. The splendid Alps in the background provide a perfect picture-postcard setting.

After checking out of your hotel, our journey leads us to Venice, Italy, a city celebrated for its magnificent monuments, meandering canals, and its enduring ability to inspire poets and romantics throughout history. Upon reaching the pier in Venice, we will board a private boat.

This scenic route will guide you to St. Mark’s Square, the central and most iconic square in Venice. Here, you can admire the architectural masterpiece that is St. Mark’s Basilica, a shining example of Byzantine design. Take in the view of the renowned Bell Tower and Clock Tower, both of which feature a captivating representation of the Zodiac sign and the current moon phase.

As you continue your exploration, you'll encounter the Bridge of Sighs, an elegant structure crafted from white limestone, spanning the Rio di Palazzo and connecting the old prisons to the interrogation rooms at the Doge’s Palace.

Following this memorable tour, we'll return to the pier and proceed to check in to your hotel, where you can unwind and relax.

Today, we drive to the eternal city of Rome. Our first destination is the Vatican City, the world's smallest independent country. Our exploration of Rome continues to see the awe-inspiring Colosseum, an immense amphitheater that has endured the passage of centuries, retaining its grandeur and historical significance. Check in to your hotel.

1. Pricing Structure

Tour prices comprise two components: Euro (€) and Indian Rupee (₹). The final payable amount will be calculated as per the prevailing Euro exchange rate on the date of payment. Prices are subject to revision in case of exchange rate fluctuations until full payment is received. Prices are per person on twin-sharing basis. Single occupancy supplement applies.

2. Booking & Payment
2.1 Payments Within India

  • Refundable Flight Option: ₹45,000 per person payable at booking + ₹30,000 per person within 7 days
  • Non-Refundable Flight Option: 100% flight payment required at booking.
  • Any short payment or delay may result in applicable fare difference at the time of issuance.
  • Within 21 days of departure: 100% payment required at booking.
  • Failure to adhere to payment timelines may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture.
2.2 Bookings Made Outside India

  • Minimum EUR 300 per person payable at booking. This amount is adjustable against total tour cost. Balance payment must follow the standard schedule. Non-compliance may result in non-confirmation or cancellation.
3. Tax Collected at Source (TCS)

  • 2 Percent (%) Above 10 Lakhs.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
4.1 Bookings Within India

  • 120+ Days Prior to Departure: 10% of tour cost
  • 120–60 Days Prior: 25% of tour cost
  • 60–30 Days Prior: 50% of tour cost
  • 30–15 Days Prior: 75% of tour cost
  • Within 15 days: 100% non-refundable
Flight Policy:

  • For non-refundable flight bookings, the complete flight cost is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including normal cancellation, date change, or visa rejection.
  • Refundable flights, if opted, will be processed as per airline rules and applicable airline charges.
  • Visa Rejection (India Bookings):
  • ₹30,000 per person plus visa fees, visa assistance charges, insurance costs, and any non-refundable flight cost remain non-refundable.
4.2 Bookings Made Outside India

  • 0–14 days: 100% non-refundable
  • 15–44 days: 50% of tour cost
  • 45+ days: EUR 200 per person
  • 4.3 Operator Cancellation
In case of cancellation due to operational reasons, low participation, or force majeure, a refund of the tour cost will be issued. Visa fees, insurance, flights, and ancillary expenses are non-refundable.

5. Travel Insurance

  • Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended. Proof may be requested before departure.
6. Passport, Visa & Immigration

Guests must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond return date and obtain required visas. Visa fees are non-refundable. The operator is not responsible for visa delays or refusals.

7. Flights, Hotels & Operations

  • Flights may involve up to two stops from major Indian hubs. Schedules are tentative and subject to change.
  • Baggage allowance as per airline policy.
Flight Disruptions – Terms & Conditions:

  • In case of flight cancellation or disruption by the airline:
  • Rebooking on the same airline for alternate dates will be as per airline policy and availability (fare protection subject to airline).
  • Rebooking with a different airline will be treated as a fresh booking; any fare difference will apply.
  • We are not responsible for providing alternate flights at the same cost.
  • Airline refunds, if any, will be passed on as per rules.
  • Hotels will be of similar category. Standard check-in 4 PM; check-out 11 AM.
  • Tours operate with a minimum of 20 passengers. Itinerary may change due to operational, weather, or unforeseen conditions. Alternate arrangements will be provided where possible.
  • Luggage limit: One check-in bag and one handbag per person due to coach capacity.

Special Note:
  • Child Policy: A person below 12 years of age on the entire tour will be considered a child.
  • Triple Room: The third person in a triple room may be accommodated on a rollaway bed, and the room size may remain the same as a double room.
  • Taxes & Surcharges: Local taxes, entrance fees and services are calculated as of 1st October 2025. Any subsequent increase in taxes, entry fees, service charges or land surcharges will be borne by the traveller/agent.
  • Transportation & Baggage: All transfers and sightseeing will be provided by an air-conditioned coach as specified in the itinerary. Due to limited boot space, each passenger is advised to carry only one check-in bag and one hand bag.
  • Tour Manager & Local Assistance: Services of the Tour Manager or local representatives will be provided as applicable. In certain situations, passengers may be required to join another group or receive assistance from a local representative/coach driver.
  • Sightseeing Changes: If any sightseeing or excursion is closed, an alternative sightseeing option will be arranged. The tour routing may also change or operate in reverse on certain departure dates without missing the sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary, except where closure is due to holidays or circumstances beyond control.
  • Eiffel Tower: In case of an exceptionally long queue at the Eiffel Tower, the visit may be replaced with a visit to Montparnasse Tower.
  • Operational Delays: Due to strict driving regulations or unforeseen delays, a packed dinner may be provided. Any additional expenses arising from delays or changes in trains, flights, coaches, cruises or other services will be borne by the passenger.
  • Force Majeure: We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to operational reasons or circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine or other force majeure events. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, death, delay or additional expenses arising from such circumstances.
  • Government Regulations & Payment: Tours operate subject to Reserve Bank of India/Government of India regulations. Tour costs are payable in EURO from the passenger's applicable BTQ entitlement. Please check with your Sales Representative for final tour details and applicable pricing.
