Itinerary Details
Arrive at Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport in Guwahati, Assam. Meet your tour representative and transfer to your hotel. Check-in, freshen up, and relax after your journey. Depending on your arrival time, you can explore local markets or take a leisurely evening stroll along the Brahmaputra River. Overnight stay in Guwahati.
After breakfast, embark on a full-day sightseeing tour of Guwahati: Kamakhya Temple: A revered Hindu temple dedicated to the goddess Kamakhya. Assam State Museum: Explore Assam's rich cultural heritage. Srimanta Sankardev Kalakshetra: A cultural complex showcasing Assamese art and culture. Return to your hotel for the night.
After an early breakfast, check-out from the hotel and drive to Kaziranga National Park (approximately 4-5 hours). Upon arrival, check-in at your wildlife resort. In the afternoon, explore a nearby tea estate. Overnight stay at the resort near Kaziranga.
Early morning elephant safari to explore the central range of Kaziranga. After breakfast, go for a jeep safari to the Western Range of the park. Enjoy lunch at the resort. In the afternoon, visit the Eastern Range of Kaziranga. Return to the resort for the night.
